New error message?

I've received an odd error message attached to my most recent sales:

"This order was placed on an Etsy platform where personalisation is not supported. Please reach out to the buyer for their personalisation info."

I've never encountered this before.  Is anyone else seeing this?

Yes we are getting it too.  5 sales with that message and then 1 without so thought it was sorted then the next order the same message.  They can’t all be using an outdated app.  One customer I contacted via message on Etsy and I also emailed (as most people don’t use Etsy message function)

said it wouldn’t allow her to reply to me on etsy message and it didn’t give her the option for personalisation.  I don’t know what is going on.

Having the same issue here.

Nearly half my orders that came in over the weekend have this message attached...never seen it before, even though all my items are pesonalisable! The use of an out dated app cannot be the case for all these customers and why all of a sudden?

I notice that the word 'personalisation' has changed to being spelt 'personalization' too which suggests some tinkering is going on!!

I have reached out to my customers and one has replied with her personalisation.

She said the personalisation was not even an option ie. it was missing and that she didn't place the order on the app!!

That's very odd!  Sounds like another one of Etsy's glitches
