I am very disappointed in Etsy. I have sent messages trying to get someone to talk to me about the fact that the new Etsy app will not flip sideways on my ipad. I do not know how to contact a real person. I use my IPad about half the time. Does anyone have any suggestions?
Yes, this is one of the disadvantages with the new app. As soon as you open the app, there is a feedback button in the lower right. All we can do is wait.
