New account suspension

I want to open my brother's account. But unfortunately, it was suddenly suspended without any reason.  How can I restore my brother's account

Unfortunately, only Etsy can help you with this issue.  However, the shop you are writing from @MarcoiroGarments is not Etsy legal as none of the items listed are created or made by you.  Etsy does not allow reselling.  Your store may be permanently suspended as well.

Also, etsy doesn't allow transferring of accounts. Maybe it's because only your brother can reopen it.

is your brothers shop the one in your public profile.

both shop names start with marcoiro and...

you left a review in that other shop.

if it is your brothers.

it is open.

maybe etsy fixed it.

If numerous accounts are being logged into on the same IP, this would no doubt raise flags. Your brother should contact Etsy but this could also now put your shop in the firing line

Was your brother selling the same kind of products as you currently are? If so then the shop was closed for reselling.

If an Etsy shop is closed then you cannot open any new accounts. If your brother had a previous shop which was closed, then any new shops opened by him will also be closed. Your own shop may be at risk, not only for reselling but if you share the same physical address or IP (network address).
