New To Etsy

Hello, I'm currently new to Esty and have been uploading 2-3 products a day, I have sold my first item today and very pumped to see what the future holds for me. But getting to my point, I see very few of my products are getting the attention they should be getting, are my tags bad? is the title or description bad? Or am i just in a game of quantity over quality? Please give me any tips, or notice something that needs attention to, I appreciate your time. Below is a link attached to my store

@InstantCharmDesigns: The reality is that you are in a very crowded segment and you need to initially drive your own traffic and sales so that the algorithm learns that people want what you are selling.
