New Store - "We put your shop on pause"

I'm new to selling on Etsy and I'm trying to publish from Printify.  I keep getting a Publishing Error.  When I checked my store, I noticed that it is in Vacation mode, with no way to turn it off.  I don't have any outstanding payments or orders.  Any ideas?

Insure you are adhering to Etsy's Terms of Use.

Make sure that your tax documents and identification on file are correct with everything matching EXACTLY.

Make sure your financial details are correct and in order.

Look in your email / spam folder to see if there are any communications from Etsy explaining what has happened.

I think that is the problem.  My ID address didn't match my taxpayer address.  I've made the changes and re-uploaded my id.  Hopefully that will resolve the issue.  Thanks!

Are your items infringing on copyright / trademark?

POD firms such as Printify are known to report such items to Etsy when trying to connect the two sites, which can result in your shop being suspended / closed etc

They are not - I have an all original design.
