I had a shop here a few years ago with no issues; closed it a couple of years ago; opened new shop last week and it was almost immediately suspended with no explanation. I was given a link in an automated email "[This content has been removed by Moderation. Do not share unsafe links in the Forums.]", but when I click it, it says I'm leaving Etsy. Is this legit? Very frustrating.

Your shop is open and is not suspended.
There are many scams around and this sounds like one of them. Don't believe anything you hear in an email, don't click on any links and don't give away any information if you get an email saying you must verify. The scammers are also posing as Etsy Support!
Always log into your shop to see if there is genuine activity. There is a new folder in messages called "From Etsy". If an email is not in this folder then it is probably a scam.
Mark the message as spam so as not to get dinged for not answering.

Some useful links for you to read up on, be aware that scammers are also posing as customers requesting your email to make a purchase.

Re: New Shop Suspended - Why???
Thank you so much! I started a limited selling stint on eBay a few weeks ago, and I was almost taken in by a scammer in the first week! I can't believe it happened here, too. They know how to prey on new sellers. I greatly appreciate your help.

Thank you for your interest. I only posted a portion of the link to see if it looked legit, from Etsy.
