Hi,
I have just started loading in my new shop which i had set up years ago but never started. Very excited someone reached out today to buy but got a message from Etsy to say "they could not as I have not passed the standard verification" I have nothing pending on my account stats, bank all verified and no emails to see of such. Anyone advise where this might be to fix?
Huge thanks
Bianca

Ignore it, it's a scam.
Scammers prey on new sellers, hoping as a new seller they might not yet fully understand how things work. Sadly, they have made a killing.
I received the same notification - got excited thinking I received an order within minutes of publishing my listing (didn’t know what to expect so was a nice surprise) but I just checked the senders email and knew instantly they were phishing. I hope people take precautions before clicking links and not just hand over their info.
