New Seller app tracking doesn't get recognized

Hello ,
since the release of the new seller app and us having to use it instead of the old one, etsy wasn't able to recognize the tracking I've been providing for my orders. I didn't have this problem with the old app, the new app doesn't recognize my Lithuanian postal service and it just shows that there is no tracking, when there is...

I use national Lithuanian postal service. I've been a star seller since the beginning and never had issues with my rating as of now. I feel upset that my rating is being hit because of something I completely have no control about. Can anyone from Etsy help me?

my bad, I wasn't typing the shipping couriers' name correctly. It should be typed according to this Etsy list
