New Search Glitch? Scrolling is not smooth, Herky Jerky motion and lack of control

The first page of search works as expected,
the second page has a perky jerky motion in 1/4 increments and there is not control or change in direction.

on a new iMac using Safari

perky should have been Herky

I'm using my iMac and Safari and not seeing that. Try resetting you modem.

Sounds like a cache / temp files issue. Clear both.
