New Listings Automatically Advertised

I know that there is an option on the bottom of the listing pages, that offers one the opportunity to select either Feature, or Advertise the new item. Despite me keeping both of the tabs in the "OFF" position, they are automatically being activated in Etsy ads and I am being charged.  As they are set to "OFF", this is definitely a problem.

You are only charged if someone clicks on the ad.

@TaracudaJewelry  Hi, Are Offsite Ads Mandatory for you? The Ads are Mandatory if you have reached $10,000.00 in Sales in 365 days. It shows an A.I. Summary in the upper Left corner of this Help Article.

@CndhillwolfArt and @NanaLetha They weren't offsite ads. I physically saw that every new listing I put up and DID NOT approve to be advertised, automatically turned on Etsy ads again. I deactivated them immediately, but that should never happen unless I approve it.

@ChillwolfArt They were regular Etsy ONSITE ads. I had paused my campaign, so I didn't want anything running right now. Bottom line is, it's a true glitch. They only way those listings should have been activated is for me to do it and I did not.
