New Etsy Seller App not working properly

First time I have had this problem. Clicked into Etsy Seller App (the one with the blue Icon) and the page flashes rapidly,  not able to click on anything, it either continues to flash or goes to a dark screen. It was working fine last night, just started this morning. I am using IPad IOS 15. Please advise. Thank You.

Whenever the old app malfunctions on me I uninstall and reinstall. Perhaps that will work with the new app.

I still have my old one two.  I am wondering if I get a sale if I will hear 2 cha-chings

Yes. I hate the two cha-chings for each sale. I learned fast though that this was going to happen and don't get excited thinking every sale is a double sale!

I also have been having issues on my iPad i been using the old one. The new one has a mind of its own it keeps rotating to a cell phone view…. So i am just not going to bother with it until i am certain it works fine with my iPad

I got the app, can’t change orientation and immediately took it down because I can’t change it. I don’t use my phone with the app, I use my iPad and I can’t use it when it’s plugged in because it will ONLY allow one direction, with the cable down. So I doesn’t work on my iPad holder.

I feel like IPad/tablet users are a last thought, probably because the majority are cell phone users. I much prefer a tablet for shopping or reading. Sales are sales and all modes should be considered for app development.

I just installed the new app and now every time someone favorites one of my items I get a notification.

I only want one when I sell an item.  Is there a way to change that?  It's really annoying.

I am currently not aware of any way to change that.

You can change it in settings>notifications. There is a toggle button and just toggle it off.

I don't know how to find the finances page.  Where can I see my balance or in the red balance?

Go to your shop’s home page, then click on the little shop icon to the left of your profile picture if you have one. This area can be found in the top right hand corner of your home page. After you click on the shop icon, it will bring you to your Shop Manager on the left hand side of this page. There are several categories here, one of them is the Finances tab, just click on that.

This how it is set up on my IPad, I don’t know how these pages look on a cell phone.

Thanks everyone ... I'm keeping my old Etsy seller app on my iphone until the forum is more positive or until I don't have a choice. It's not perfect but at least I know what to expect.
