Is anyone else experiencing this? Do you know how to fix it?

Checked my phone notification settings to make sure it's on and they are
Checked the notification settings within the app and they are all on
The old Etsy app notifications worked fine for me. But now with this new app, it has become so frustrating. Nothing shows up when someone orders or favorites items in my shop.

@AllureStudioSeven: Sounds like you have already done what you can. Sadly there are lots and lots of threads in this forum about issues with app and eMail notifications. The consensus is that a seller needs to check their shop at least daily for orders and messages via a browser until these issues are resolved.
Yesterday my iPad was right beside me and then saw I had order later, no notification, either.
When I got my new phone...the app sound changed. I uninstalled and re-installed and that fixed it. Did you try turning your phone off and on after the re-install of the app? I am so technically challenged I have nothing else to offer.
I have two shops and it can't seem to convey info from both of them at the same time like the old app did. And i agree it's not updating normally either. Half the time I get a "sorry try again" type screen.
