With the new Etsy app we are having some issues once we renew a sold-out listing. The main language of our shop is English but we are from Spain, the new Etsy app is in Spanish for use (we can't find where to change it to English).
The problem is we can't renew a listing through the app because as soon as we do, the title and description in English disappear and it appears in Spanish. So we have the English description and title (our main language) in Spanish and the Spanish translation also in Spanish. So, when we activate a sold-out listing in the New app (the blue one) we lose all the English information about our product and it cannot be recovered.
This is a problem we have been having for several months but it continues and now that the old app doesn't work, we can't use the new one without losing our English titles and descriptions.
Is there anyone else with this problem?

*UPDATE: We've contacted Etsy support and they told us they are on it but we don't know if it is just in Spain or also in other countries with more languages. Also, this post is a warning for other sellers because we didn't notice after a lot of renews and lost more than 15 English titles and descriptions, so, if this can help others, it will be worth
Etsy will hopefully replace the new app with another new app that has no bugs fingers crossed
Yes here the same problem. I am in the Netherlands, the app is in Dutch, my shop language is English and use my own translations for Dutch. When I change something on a listing (in English which is my shoplanguage) , the English listing description disappears and my Dutch translation has taken the spot of the English. So basically i cannot work in my listings on the new app!! This was never a problem in the old app .

I'm in France and I have the same issue...thankfully I noticed it right after I edited a listing with my phone so I just stopped using the app and the damage was limited.
I've seen other posts from international sellers on the forums, it's like this new app has been made for sellers using one language only...
I contacted the support about it a few days ago, they said the new app was still on test and they were going to inform the team in charge of the app.
I don't understand how it can still be "on test" when the other is not available anymore...
@Biterswit post this in the tech issues ... it's probably not going to get fixed anytime soon but at least other sellers with the same issue might post and if enough do, Etsy 'might' escalate things. One can only hope.

I contacted Etsy chat, and this is the answer: Hi Nancy. Upon checking, Etsy is already aware of the app's widespread problem. While Etsy works to address these difficulties in the upcoming update, I recommend accomplishing any tasks you are unable to do in the app through your mobile or desktop browser.
Also I mentioned the change to Chinese language when I try to add a photo from my photo gallery of my phone !
I have the same issue, also from Holland. My current work-around is to make changes from my phones browser
