New App is more time consuming for posting

The new app takes 20-30 seconds to load images and crashes on multiple phones. It is more difficult to rearrange images and to delete all images from a copied post. Postings take far longer and the delay is problematic when a better alternative exists via the old app.

The old app is superior and I hope it stays active as it is one of the biggest reasons we sell on Etsy.

It's already gone. I can't upload photos at all on the new one I now have to use the browser on my phone

The old app died on my iPad this morning, but mysteriously, it still works on my iPhone (so far).

The new app for uploading photos is an epic FAIL! Takes longer than the old app, it's hit  or miss, sometimes I can upload, sometimes I can't! Get your act together Etsy! Hard to run a business this way!

Why have they insisted on pushing this pile of junk which is far inferior to the old app?  I can't upload photos using my new-last-year, mid-range Samsung phone, so now to desktop version.  So many other features are either missing or take zillions of clicks and scrolls to function. It is far from user-friendly, and even further from being accessibility-friendly.

I came here to see if others were having this issue. I am beyond frustrated that we PAY for this service and we are forced to change to an app that works worse than the old app. In what world is this helpful? I've spent most of my day trying to get listings done and it has been so infuriating I just want to throw in the towel. I don't know Etsy, I've stuck around for a lot of fee increases but this may take the cake.
