I really liked the old app and I cannot see a benefit with this new one where we cannot set up variants. So wi t be able to assign photos to the variants? How is that progress
I tried to look at my listings from the browser on my iPad (which I used to often to check how the main photo looks). And that seemed different too and I can’t get into checking the photos. If I click the icon photo for a listing nothing happens - ie it doesn’t bring up the whole listing.
What on earth is happening surely they don’t expect everyone to have a standard lap top. I’ve used an iPad and iPhone only for 2 years with no problems till tonight.
So disappointed. Anyone else in the same position?
I don’t have any answers to your specific issue….I just uploaded the new app yesterday and have looked at everything both there and on the browser, with IPad and phone. It seems like on the new app you have to click and go about 3 times as much to find anything. The main thing I can’t easily access is information about upcoming expiring items. There used to be a reminder which appears to be gone. Surely we don’t have to check every item every couple of days.
I’ve dispatched for the first time on the new app and my snippets are missing that I normally add in. How on earth did someone think this is better or even ready to replace the old one (that worked fine)
