Never received a sale notification

I just happened to look at my page I was going to add some things and noticed I had a sale that was five days late. I immediately went to the post office use my own label and paid for insured quick shipping. Their package will be arriving tomorrow with an extra added gift. Today it is stating I am seven days late. How can this be removed I am always quick & on time? I alway send packages same day ! I can’t send a sale if I don’t know it’s been made. I don’t want this to affect my scores. Thank you

Etsy isn't here, it's only other sellers.

You need to log into your account, that's how you find out what is happening

don't rely on third parties, like e-mail systems

It's always best to log into your shop once or twice a day. Never rely on emails for notifications.

It was shipped late, so there's no way to remove it from your score.
You didn't ship it late intentionally, but it was actually late.

Check your actual shop manager every day to make sure you don't miss sales.

Don't just depend on Etsy sending notices, you should check into your account at least once a day. If you cannot check on your shop in a reasonable amount of time at least extend shipping so it won't be late.

same happened to me..no sale alert, luckily i checked my dashboard!  i was 3hrs late getting back to a buyer. also no etsy email re: conversations. very difficult to reach/email any help at etsy.
