We just started a month or so ago on Etsy and I had our EIN and business license back then, only I hadn't noticed, until Etsy flagged my finance/tax portion after we re-entered business license and EIN numerous times after it kept telling me it was incorrect - that I used the wrong application for a LP vs a LLP on my business license and my EIN was for a LLP.
So Etsy flagged it and locked me out (fair enough). Now that my business license is updated with the State of MN as a LLP, my info matches my EIN and I want to update it and remove the big red flags on my tax/business information, only it is locked.
The fields appear open, but I can't type in it, or update it in any form. I also can't find any way to get a hold of Etsy?? Is this normal? For there to be zero way to contact Etsy during our set up process? I tried to email one of the emails sent to me from Etsy (when I was originally setting up my info) and it bounced back stating it's not a monitored inbox. Very strange....
Any advice on how I can update my tax/business license information after it has been locked?
