Need to change my number

I have lost the number that is registered on this account, i want to change my number but for that purpose, etsy is sending the OTP to my previous number, i dont have access to it, can you please help me with that?

You need to contact Etsy support to help you with this, as this forum is mainly made up of other sellers, who may be able to give advice but cannot do anything with respect to your query, only Etsy themselves can, if they will.

Etsy sends the OTP to wherever you had it set up.

When you set up 2FA, etsy provided you with a list of 10 emergency codes, specifically for this type of situation, use one of those

It wouldn't be very good security if there was a way around two factor authentication!!

Hopefully as mentioned above you kept the list of emergency codes.  If not, then you will have to contact Etsy to see what they can do but realistically it is your responsibility to look after your account.

Besides, we don’t know if you are a hacker who has stolen someone’s old account and are trying to hijack it. Fraud is becoming so common on Etsy that nothing surprises me anymore.
