Need help changing my default shop language from Polish to English

Hello,
I can’t reach Etsy Support — the Help Center redirects me to the homepage and the contact form won’t open.
I need help changing my shop’s default language from Polish to English.
I’m fluent in English and all my listings are written in English, but the default is Polish.
Could a moderator please forward my request to the technical team?

Why don't you leave it, and just put the translate on, that way everyone will see it in their own language, a lot less work for you.

Thank you for your suggestion I understand that translations can help, but in my case, my default shop language is Polish while all my listings are written in English.
Because of that, Etsy doesn’t index my products correctly for international buyers.
That’s why I’m asking to switch my default language to English — so the system recognizes my listings properly.

I really hope a moderator could help with forwarding this request to the technical team. Thank you!

Thank you MadCandies. I did but this is not the same. Default settings are sth else - that’s why I’m trying to contact Support.

Unfortunately, I can’t open a support ticket through the Help Center — every time I try, I’m redirected back to the homepage. This has been happening consistently for several days, so it’s not a temporary issue.
