PLEASE help me. How do I request an Etsy call back? I have submitted 3 different help requests on line, trying to access my Etsy shop, (thecollectorslife). I cannot supply the security code requested because I no longer have access to the old email account where the security code is being sent. I have answered numerous very specific questions that would verify my identity. I even attached old photos of listings that are in the expired listing section from several years back. But the security code is still being sent to a closed email address, that I cannot access. And since I can't access my shop - I can't update my email address myself.
If an Etsy support person (instead of AI) could take a look at my answers in my Support Request section, I feel my identity could be verified. Etsy support: please contact me through my other shop (theJANEstudio). All that is required is to verify my identity, update my shop (thecollectorsife), with the correct email address so that the security code will be sent to the correct email address. I would really appreciate your help. thank you

just fyi, there are only other sellers here and you can’t count on an etsy support staff being alerted of a posting.

@theJANEstudio: You are asking Etsy to contact you through a different shop, but you do not appear to complying with Etsy's rule that "... you must list all the shops you run in the Public Profile section of each account." https://help.etsy.com/hc/en-us/articles/360017604474-How-to-Open-a-Second-Shop-on-Etsy?segment=selli... Perhaps that is raising a security flag with Etsy and delaying things.
If Etsy support sent you an eMail, it should have a link something like "I Still Need Help". Click on that link in each reply from Etsy (or actually reply stating that you still need help) to keep the report alive otherwise Etsy will assume that it is resolved. You may have to do this innumerable times, before anything is done but do not give up. DO NOT open a new issue or contact Etsy multiple times about the same issue (doing so appears to close the one you already opened and puts the new one on the bottom of the pile).

Hi, Go to your Dashboard page and down in the right hand corner you will see a little chat box. Click on that and you will be able to live chat with someone. Sometimes the little box is not there, but keep trying at different times. I was able to chat with someone in the later evening of last night.
