Pretty annoyed. I had no access to computer while in a retreat and received a spam message from a fellow shop owner to buy his supplies. I deleted it because I COULD NOT find a report spam on app. This morning it occured to me that I probably got docked for that on the star seller and YEP, confirmed it just now. I am beyond annoyed.
So, where the heck is the report spam in messages on the app?
Auto reply works, or you could have simply answered it with a 2 letter "ok".
@Gemologies: We do not use the app (mobile browser only if on the road) but based on posts the spam option is not available in the app. If the unanswered new thread is not a Help Request, at least for the time being, it appears that marking an unanswered message as SPAM (even after the 24 hour deadline has passed) will cause your reply percentage to change in a day or two if the original message was within the current star seller period (but not retroactively). Note that subsequent messages from that account may go directly to the SPAM folder.
Ill try it
@Gemologies Since the report Spam button isn't on the app; I suppose you'll need to open a browser on your phone and access your account that way to report Spam in the future.
If you will be away from your shop for more than 24 hours, set the messages to auto reply. This way you will never miss a message.

I prefer the word 'no'
