NO "MESSAGE BOX" APPEARS FOR MY REPLY MESSAGE TO A NEW CUSTOMER

This is very odd and very frustrating! There is no Tech Support directly to Etsy . . . which sucks. I went into my orders and messaged from that screen instead of the messaging area. Which is good . . . maybe! When I go to my messages, the reply I sent is not showing up. Now I just have to wait and see if she received it. I suppose if I haven't heard back from her by this afternoon, I will email her. The messaging area in Etsy has gone from bad to worse. These past few weeks, it takes FOREVER for a message to load or to send. The dreaded spinning arrow just goes round and round and round. It has always been slow . . . now it is slower. Why is this not a priority issue with Etsy? No one knows these things.

P.S. Yes, I have tried different browsers . . . all the same issue.

I am having the same problem.  There is "No Message Reply box" to reply to a buyer.  I have tried to get help online with 5 different agents and they all have ended the reply.  This returns me to the beginning.  Can someone please help and fix the messages, so there is a reply box to reply to our buyers.  Especially when we have a new message, as that Can affect our 5 star rating if we do not reply in time.  I have used the messages in the shop manager for over 14 years, and have never had this issued before.  I scroll to the bottom of the message and there is no message box on any of my messages.  Thank you!!!

I am seeing now that it is only in the "ORDER HELP REQUEST" message - which is insane in itself. There is no reply box there. BUT if I go to her response to my message . . . there IS a reply box! f.r.u.s.t.r.a.t.i.n.g!!

So it looks like there is a large space (area) in-between the message and the reply box. Usually, it is right under the email from the buyer. Now it is further down. Please scroll down as far as you can and hopefully you will see the reply box.
