NO FEEDBACK OPTION

New seller, three sales, all three customers have said they want to leave me feedback but the app hasn’t given them the option to do so. 
How can I resolve this, or is this part of the current updating issues by Etsy?

Tell them to look at the order under "orders and review" - it will show a date when the review window opens.

It's possible they were Guests?  Or maybe the review window didn't open yet.  @CreativeBoblar did you use tracking?
