I don't know if I have waited that long but it sure takes a while to see new listings these days!  Can you search for them by the title?

I just sorted your shop by "most recent".

I've had new listings show up after 2 minutes and some that finally show up after 30 minutes.  No idea why.  

It might not be on your shop front page yet, but if you check the section you put it in, do you see it then?   Did the 'All' and its section #s increase after clicking publish?

I have had listings to take as long as 30 minutes to show up. I would give it a bit more time and see what happens.
