My store was hacked

4 days ago i was hacked by someone who send a scammed msg to my customer , etsy limited acces to my store i contact support and they open it againg after 1hrs it closed again , i contact etsy support againg they request information then no reply it was 4 days of investigation , i send over 7 email but never give me whats going on and why i can't get a reply , please who can help me i didn't do anything , who give me a honest answer they reply to me and get back my store or am just waist my time by waiting ,

the store they are referring to is linked at the bottom of their post and it is definitely closed.

so what's teh solution i didn't do anything it was hack who have the correct answer that will reopen it again or not ?

Make sure you secure your bank acct. if one shop was hacked.. then that person would have info to this shop too. did you use the same bank acct for both shops? Change passwords and make sure you sign up for 2FA to sign in here. Stop your credit card on file to the other shop and if the same card on both shops.. then put this shop on vacation mode til figured out.

I have heard if you start a ticket with Etsy you need to stay with that ticket.. if you are badgering them with numerous new emails- then they are likely to put your request at the bottom of the pile. Etsy works in their own time frame not ours. You can try to get a call back by following the breadcrumbs in Help on this shop.

We are just other sellers here and can't help with your security issues or the other shop.

i have seen it take weeks or months.

to re-open a hacked shop.

but your shop had other issues too.

and only etsy knows if they will re-open it.

why you say your shop had other issues too , and what is this issues ?

I can't see all the listings in the cached version, but all reviews are for infringing designs (Mickey mouse, Stitch, Smiley faces, etc.). 

As well as not disclosing this shop you're posting from, as is required. 

And both shops sell digital files, the other shop also had plenty of birthday specific designs, which means they likely were not different enough to qualify as being separate shops, which is against the rules here.

@9qbrscu2: "... i send over 7 email ..." Have you received anything from Etsy, even if only a generic reply? Every eMail from Etsy support should have a link something like "I Still Need Help". Click on that link in each reply from Etsy (or actually reply stating that you still need help) to keep the report alive otherwise Etsy will assume that it is resolved. You may have to do this innumerable times, before anything is done but do not give up. DO NOT open a new issue or contact Etsy multiple times about the same issue (doing so appears to close the one you already opened and puts the new one on the bottom of the pile).

It is almost impossible to speculate on why a particular shop has been closed or suspended, but Etsy is cracking down on what they feel inappropriate. Reselling and copyright and trademark infringements is a always large factor, but they also seem to looking at other rule violations such as not disclosing all of your other accounts in each shop as is required. Since Etsy is now also factoring descriptions in search, they along with titles, tags, and materials (and possibly even alt tags if you are using them) are all probably being checked. And the bots are also "reading" images. Plus we do not know what combination of possibly multiple factors constitute the trigger that flagged your shop.

Thanks for this but i have appeal still open they Ask me to give them some information to restore my account i give them the informations 3 days ago not Reply but the ticket still open i say that m'y store was hacked and i can't even login . If Etsy permently suspended m'y store they send me your store permently suspended because 1.2.3 and done its easy . But why i can't log in and didn't have a Reply and the ticket still open it dosen't make sens
