My store did not receive the "speedy replies" badge

My store did not receive the "speedy replies" badge this month even though my 24 hour reply rate is 100%.

@EuroHDesigns: Have you checked the applicable CSV file available on your Customer Service page (previous period for March 1st Star)? When you look at the file remember that that the dates / times are in UTC (not your time zone), only the first message of a new incoming thread is included (all that counts for Star Seller), and usually a new incoming thread is not included until after the 24 hour reply window has passed regardless of when you replied. Star Seller stats (and the CSV file) are updated only once per day so there may be an additional day's delay. There is also a link to the actual message thread so you can verify if the data is correct or not.

Apparently some weird glitch going on because my initial responses to new convos is just disappearing- making me look like I never responded.  Customer service was of no help whatsoever.  I would delete and reinstall seller app and just keep checking back to ensure your responses are going through.  I’ve started taking a screenshot of all of my initial responses as insurance!

There is an issue where a message is flagged as possible spam and if you decide it is a legit question and remove it from the spam folder after 24 hours it is considered late..even though technically it wasn't an "active" message in your message folder for 24 hours

Bizarre, I just saw that I have my Star Seller badges, except the Messages badge, I only had two customers that I messaged and it makes me zero percent?  I think the Star Seller badge system is still glitching, I only noticed today a single badge was missing.

@BluSkyDreams: If you had no new incoming threads during the review period then your percentage should be '---%' (nothing to evaluate) not '0%'. In the former case you can still get Star Seller but obviously not the badge as there is nothing to award it on.

Bagmakersupply - Oh I think you are right, I did not have any NEW messages in Feb and I did get my other Star Seller badges for March. Thank you so much for clearing that up for me.
