My stats show I've had an order

Hi, My stats are showing I've had an order, which is great, but it's not showing in my New Orders section. I've also not had a notification email from Etsy saying I've had an order. Can you help please. Thanks.

Refresh the orders page.  Check the right hand column and click All if not already ticked.  Check your payment account to see if there are any new funds.

Mabey the customer cancelled the order immediately after ordering. Also check the completed orders.

I've had similar situations in the past where Etsy caught a fraudulent order and cancelled it immediately.

Also check your Payment Account.  Sounds like an order that never made it through processing.  We used to get emails from Etsy immediately, with a notice to not ship until the order goes through.  Now Etsy says "meh."
