My star seller badge was removed for creativity policy violations. Etsy verified I was compliant and relisted my items but, not my star seller badge. I have contacted support three times about this with no results.
Hi, I'm sorry this happened to you; it is a widespread problem. We are other Sellers here on the Forum, and we can't do anything to remedy getting your SS Badge back. And it's a shame that you contacted Support 3 times, with no Response from them. The only thing I can think of; Reply back to only one email "I still need help". If you open up multiple tickets, it pushes you back further in line. This is a perfect example (one of many), why they need HUMAN intervention, not overzealous bots who can destroy innocent Seller's Shops, and often livelihoods.
I hope this will be helpful in some way.
I don't even get emails after talking to them, chatting with them or emailing them
@DesignsTreasureShop Sorry about that. I've seen others come to the Forum to say they don't get emails. I don't know why some get them and others don't.
If you have permission from the IP owners of the Peanuts, Hello Kitty, Scooby Doo, et al characters, put your license #s in those listings and maybe on your shop front. Hopefully, if any more listings are removed, you can prove you're legally allowed to use them.
Disney's Stitch, Rudolph, Trolls, Strawberry Shortcake, Smiley Face, Beetlejuice, Rainbow Brite, Transformers, Shrek, Inside Out, Grumpy Cat, Nightmare Before Christmas, Disney Villians, Pikachu from Pokemon, Friends, Super Mario Bros., Bob's Burgers, Christmas Story, Elf, Squishmallow...
The OP clearly doesn't give AF about IP law!
Another potential issue: handmade items cannot be shown as mockups in the first listing photo. I saw a mix of "made by" and "designed by" in your shop, and the "made by" ones have to be real photos.

You may want to remove all your IP infringing items before contacting them again. Hello Kitty, Pikachu and many more. Right now, you're risking your entire shop.
Profanity must be covered in the thumbnails.
Also, if you created your images with AI, you must disclose it.
From Etsy: "Sellers must disclose within their listing description if an item is created with the use of AI."

You appear to be selling several illegal counterfeits. Make sure you list your licensing agreements for the IP so Etsy knows you are selling legally. This could be why your star seller was removed and could lead to your shop being closed.

That's what I'm thinking too.
It is part of the SS policy requirements not to use infringing content.
Even if you don't use the names of those Trademarks, the imagery is part of the Trademark and is just as illegal.
