My shop was put on vacation mode, no overdue orders though

My shop was put on vacation mode, but I haven't got any overdue orders. I had one sale of a digital product that haven't been downloaded, that's it. I took a break for health reasons and closed my shop, then came back. I'm about to drop a shop update, what can I do to fix this issue? The option to turn off the vacation mode is not showing up either.

Easy probably asked for a copy of your ID.

Check your spam folder to see if any Etsy messages are lurking there.

You also need to add your policies before that becomes an issue.  Remember to have EU compliant policies if you are selling to them or the UK

Go to Settings/ Options/ Vaca mode/ turn on/ scroll down to save .... it will take awhile to be activated

Same thing happened to me! Etsy had actually sent me a few emails I hadn't noticed, the 1st was a request to re-upload updated ID, the 2nd email was to update my tax information. So maybe check your inbox and spam folders for emails from Etsy. If it's not that, the only I would know how to deal with it is to email Etsy Support with your Subject being "Vacation Mode On" and ask them to please turn it off as you have been unable to do so, could take 3-4 days to get a response though.
