My shop was forced vacation mode since March 1st

My shop was forced vacation mode since March 1st,it says they're verifying my info it will take up to 48 hour,but it has passed over a week now,I tried to contacted Etsy support twice but no reply.There is nothing I can do now,I have been selling on Esty since 2018 and keep earning star seller badge ,I verified my account once already on January 27th 2025,I have no clue why It caused this .Anyone have same experience can plz help ,what should I do now.thank you

Message them twice a day, find an email to reach out too and email once a day. Try different computers, phones, etc. to take yourself off vacation mode manually.

It happened to my store, too. It has already happened five or six times during the last two years. Every time, it was without any communication and no explanation.
I still do not understand what I did wrong the first 5 times.  And now it happened again.
I wish  Etsy had a lot of competitors.  

I fil absolutely hopeless and wish  Etsy has a lot of competitors.
