My shop is stuck on Vacation mode and Im losing sales as a result.

Hello, I am having a problem turning off vacation mode. I was forcefully put on vacation mode due to an order I shipped out late. It was one order and it was my first order but I have since completed the order and paid off my balance roughly 2 and half weeks ago. Yet still my shop is on vacation mode and when I got to settings where I should be able to turn it off, the button for the option is missing entirely. But if I go online from my phone I can see the button but the button just shakes/blinks when I push it and changes nothing. Please help, I desperately need this to work right now and only option I see to contact Etsy directly is messaging about business to platform but Im in the US not EU. Please help my shop is suffering, thank you.

@ChouKawaiiEssentials  It's possible it's because your shop is new, and Etsy needs some information, like ID verification.  Frustrating that they don't send you an email to let you know what is needed.  Start here, answer a couple questions, scroll to the bottom to look for "I still need help" and that should get you some contact options.  Good luck!

It also could be because your very first sale you shipped out late. Everyone is theoretically on a probation mode at first. 

To contact etsy: go to dashboard>community & help>contact us and open a support ticket

Since you are a new seller on Etsy, when you contact them for help, don't keep on opening new requests, only respond to the original email stating that you still need help if they don't get your issue corrected the first time.

Check your email. Etsy may have requested a copy of your ID.
