My shop is blocked!

Hello. I am originally from Russia. My russian shop was blocked because of sanctions. Two months ago I moved to Poland for living.  I opened a new shop.  When I got the first order etsy blocked my new shop untill I send documents for verification. I sent a lot of documents 7 days ago and still my shop is blocked and has status "Your document has been submitted for review'

Why I have to wait for so long time while your support verify my documents I uploaded? How long do I have to wait for verification? I can't get new orders without it because you blocked my shop. I got my first order and even shipped the item to the buyer. But I am not sure I will get the money for this order or not! Please review my documents asap!

@UniqueWoolGiftsPL - The forums are not monitored by Etsy, these are peer to peer. Yes, it does take a long time for Etsy to review documents. It would be nice if the process was quicker but Etsy is still suffering from growing pains.

Etsy will need to review all of your identification records, residency papers &/or work visa/permits etc.
They will need to verify all of your banking information & with the more recent changes to EU banking regulations that probably takes longer then it used to. I am assuming you are not using a Russia based bank since if you are there will probably be issues.

If for any reason your receive a reply from Etsy that is generic in tone, do reply to that email that your issue is Not Resolved. 
Don't open a new help ticket or you will be placed back at the end of the line.

Hi Ekaterina, I'm sorry this is happening to you. From what I have seen on the forums many people are having similar problems with ID verification taking a very long time (perhaps 2 weeks). I hope they open your shop again soon. The needle felted fox you sold is delightful.

We all wish that Etsy would provide better customer service to shop owners. Also, do remember everything happens on "Etsy time" which is US EDT (New York) time zone. Starting different threads won't speed up the review process & duplicate threads are not necessary.
