My shop is all of sudden closed/deactivated

Does anybody have the same issues?

My shop is all of sudden closed or suspended without any explanation emails/or why...

We don't have any ovrdue orders + open cases

We only sell custom products so nothing to do with the copyright issues as well.

They didn't send any email why our account is closed.

Past 6 months, our shop was all of sudden on vacation mode for 2 weeks for twice without any explanations and they all came back after 2 weeks.

Does anybody know why Etsy do this?

Were you selling blank shirts or hats without customization or personalization?

This would have been against Etsy's Terms of Use.

Were you using mock ups that weren't from your Print Provider?

Etsy has become more strict, and many POD sellers have had take downs recently.

No we do not selling any blank products. also using the mock up images that has provided by our suppliers

So, you weren't making the items yourself?

And the CUSTOMER designed the items, not you?

If so, your items wouldn't meet Etsy's definition of "Handmade".

I'm taking the 'suppliers' to be where they are buying their blank merchandise from. For my embroidery and printing I have a number of suppliers that I buy from and they supply me with images of each product from all different sides that I can use to add my design elements to for mock ups. 

But, just like it wasn't clear in the shop, I think the OP needs to clarify what their actual process was. I am making assumptions based on what I do, and others are making assumptions based on what most shops on here do. All this could be cleared up if the OP clarified what they actually do/did.

Perhaps when the customer provides the design/artwork for POD items, it is not considered Handmade.

Based on a cached version the OP appears to be customizing the products themselves, as there is no production partner listed. 

As what they were offering is what I personally do for my full-time job, it is not that hard for me to imagine them offering those types of products and doing the physical creation themselves, no production partner needed. However, as people here seem to assume the items are being made somewhere else, Etsy may see the sales and not believe that there wasn't a production partner being utilized, so that may be one reason why they suspended the shop - they are getting stricter on the disclosure of these and may need proof that the work is being done in-house (which is perfect for the about me section, which was not filled out along with technically no shop members).
