My shop has stopped showing up in searches!!!! PLEASE HELP

My stats took a massive nosedive over the course of one day. Not a natural dip, a VERY unnatural dip. Now, when I search for my shop, it isn't showing up in search results, which has never happened before.

I'm losing money and I'm just in tears.

Can anyone please help?

I did a search within your shop and it appears that your shop is not indexed.  You need to contact Etsy to correct this.

Your shop has been de indexed, you need to contact Etsy only they can help.

Don't email but have support call you and create a ticket.  Should be back up in a few weeks.

Be sure to say your shop is not indexed or they might ignore you.

I have been de-indexed twice this month with no explanation. Little contact from etsy. I had about 100 listings end during that time. Have been moving them to their competition. Etsy does not care about you or your shop.

Honestly so far this seems to be what's happening to me. Searches for my shop just lead people to my competitors. It feels like everything I've worked so hard for has been torn away from me.

I really hope things start to improve for us both!!

Is galaxy bat copyrighted or trademarked...Etsy sometimes removes a shop from search while they determine if a shop complies with their policies.  I don't know if it is, just making an uninformed guess.

Does anybody knw why shops get de -indexed is it a glitch?

Sometimes it is a glitch, sometimes Etsy takes a shop out of search while they investigate the shop.
