My shop Has been Selling items that don’t exist

Hey, I have a small shop MetazenVybz Spirituality & Tarot. My account is showing that there are several orders that have been made but I did not complete these orders. I reached out to Etsy about this and have gotten no response. It started in Oct and I haven’t seen any transactions since but now my account has been locked up fully. I still haven’t received any correspondence back.

It sounds like your account might have been hacked.  How long ago did you write to Etsy?  It can take a while for them to get back to you but don't send new emails. Wait for their reply and then click reply to continue the dialogue (the first message might be a canned response!).  If you don't reply to the email sent to you then Etsy will close it and the matter and you will need to start again.

My account was hacked in the beginning of October , i sent them an email about this Oct 4

I’ve already done tha passwordchange, Etsys servers have been hacked and they are not letting people know what really happened.

I don't really understand your problem but I do notice that you have no active listings. Have they been deactivated by Etsy? (Check on the listings page > inactive, in your shop manager)
