I currently have all of my listings in my print on demand shop set under one shipping profile which is 'Printful:Free Shipping' profile. I am located in the US and only want to sell within the US. When I first set up my shop I deactivated/deleted all other countries except for the US in my shipping profile. A couple of weeks ago I made a few sales in Europe. I then went to my shipping profile and saw that my profile had all countries listed for some reason. I deactivated/deleted all except US and saved my changes. I then made a couple more sales in Europe a few days later. Again, I went into my shipping profile and saw that all countries were added back. I deactivated all of them again except for the US. Today I went to my shipping profile to just check on it and lo and behold, all countries were added back again. I know I am correctly following the steps to deactivate/delete unwanted countries and properly saving my changes. I don't want to have to go to my shipping profile every day to check on if I'm unintentionally selling to everywhere. Can someone please help?!
I emailed Etsy's email help center but they were unable to tell me anything other than to go to my shipping profile and delete the countries I don't want to sell to.

Yeah, that is because it's integrated with printful. It changes because every time printful syncs with your shop it is also updating the shipping profile to what they have it set at thus changing anything you changed. To avoid it changing every day you need to add your own shipping profile and not use the printful generated profile. You can duplicate the printful generated profile then make edits and remove all the countries or just create a new one with just the US. Then you can bulk edit set that shipping profile for the listings.
I receive an error when I duplicate a printful profile within Etsy. Anyone else?
What does the error say specifically?
YES!! I have been trying to get around this for over a MONTH.....I want to offer free shipping to a select few countries (because they have lower shipping rates) yet every time I try to create a new shipping profile I get an error message that it can not save. This has been in the hands of the technical team for weeks. I just bugged them again today about this. Printful says it's an issue on Etsy's side, Etsy says it's because of Printful's shipping algorithm re-setting.....no one wants to step up, take ownership and FIX/HELP. So frustrated.
