My ratings for last month were - 100%, 4.8, 99% but I am not listed as Star Seller. What happened

Did you also make the minimum sale requirement (for the July 1 review that was 10 sales and $300 or equivalent)?

Sometime Etsy will pull the Star Seller badge if they  are looking into your shop.  Make sure you have the contacts with some of the names/images on your pennants if they need to see them.

Read the criteria on your Star Seller Dashboard. It's a 3-month rating. Badges are awarded only on the 1st of each month. Current badges are for April to June. What shows on the Dashboard is the next period. Click Current Period to see the current badge period. It looks like Messages were the category where you fell short, or it was the total sales and dollar amount. You can download a chart to see the Messages status.

that actually makes sense, i was reading it wrong, OR they designed it badly.   I'd already written to two staff members who just said there was a glitch.  it takes another Etsy Seller (you) to know what's actually happening.  Thanks a very much for replying.  It's saved me a month of frustration!
