My product is not appearing in searches! I need urgent help.

My products appear on the first page of the dice box category. They also appear on the page directed to etsy with the dice box tag from Google. However, I cannot find them when I search within Etsy with my keywords. I opened a support ticket but I still cannot find a solution. 4 days ago, my sales and views were fine. Exactly 3 days ago, I experienced a sudden drop and I did not make any changes to my listings. No case was opened. I worked all year for Christmas and accumulated stock. Now I am sitting idle in the workshop.

Has anyone experienced this before?

@WeaselCraftCo: One reason might be that you appear to be selling a lot of counterfeits. You need to include your licensing to use other people's intellectual property within that listing itself.

You need to give up on the concept of Etsy search providing the results that you expect. Due to "personalized searches" there are many many factors that affect listing placement and the relative weight of each factor probably changes constantly. Even exact word matches to your title no longer ensure that you will appear in search. Etsy is proud of the fact that they provide search results which they think you will actually purchase regardless of what you actually searched for.
