Although I shipped my order on time, it was processed as late shipped by Etsy and this error affected both my store score and my star seller score.
How will this problem be solved?
did you add the tracking number afterwards?
and is the tracking number, one that belongs to the carrier you chose?
My store is integrated with the cargo company, when I send the order, the tracking number comes automatically. It was the same with this order. This is the first time I have experienced something like this, I have been sending cargo for years.

@BarbukStore: "... and my preparation time is 1-2 days" The reason that I asked if it was marked as complete on or before the scheduled ship by date which appeared on the order is that there are claims in this forum of the scheduled ship by date sometimes being incorrectly calculated.
What does the the applicable CSV file on your Star Seller page say the *Ship by* and the *Tracking/label date* values are for that order?

If it was shipped on time it will correct in 1 to 2 days. This happens on some carriers.. For instance entering in the Other catagory and using USPS via chit chats I will get it as well. This can cause a false loss of shipping badge at end of month so I would usually increase handling time by 2 more days on the last day of the month then change it back if the rating is close.
If it is not this issue, there is no way any Etsy support staff is going to change the rating. Star seller is automatically calculated and afaik unalterable by staff.
