Anyone else? I messaged Etsy… So I went to contact a client for her custom order that was ready but her message disappeared. I finally found it in the spam folder but I absolutely did not put that in there. It was placed after her last message to me even though we have been corresponding for over a year and i didn’t get it until a week later- I lost one of my sales!
Then next to it in the spam folder was a message that I was supposed to receive from another possible client asking about my work and I lost the opportunity for a sale because it was from a month prior! Why are my new messages going into spam? Because of this, my message response has dropped way too much. Now I am not a star seller. I put these “spam” messages as “not spam”, But now they count as not read in time!
Since I did not place them in the spam folder is this an error that has been caused by some algorithm?
Another problem is I just received a message tonight and when I replied to it, it’s not registering as me replying to it and still has that little purple sentence, saying hey, this is a new person reaching out to you. Even though we have chatted and that usual message letting me know: “Great job you’ve responded quick” never appeared - what is going on?
Help the holiday’s are here fast! Can anything that can be done to fix this? I have Halloween stuff that needs to get adopted and at this rate I won’t be a star seller for October- which is basically my Christmas time….
Really worried and upset.
