My message response rate says zero, as if I've never had a message!

I usually rank pretty high, am a Star Seller in fact. But since this month, the graph shows as zero! Not sure how to fix this, anyone else have this?

Does it actually say 0% or does it say --%? There is a difference. 

If you haven't received any messages during the review period it will say --% as there is nothing (no data) for it to calculate. You can still earn star seller if you haven't received any messages. 

0% implies that it had data to calculate a percentage with which would mean that you didn't respond to any messages in time.
