I have been having problems with processing times in my store for a long time. Even though I set the processing time for my listings to 7-10 business days, my customers see my processing time as 2-5 days, so I cannot meet order delivery dates and my orders appear to be delayed. I have been having this problem for over a month, I have contacted many times regarding this issue and have not been able to find a solution.
