Hello all
I have an issue that goes on for some time. It fixes itself and then it reappears.
I have not found a pattern yet, but there are listings that are not in any sections in my shop or lose their tariff number. It happens randomly and when I try to fix it, I fail :
- About the sections it says "there are no sections in your shop. Create your first section."
- About the tariff, the whole tariff tab is nowhere to be found. And when it returns after days, it is blank.
I tried to find the chat button to communicate with a human, to no luck. I am located in Europe.
