My listings keep disappearing PLEASE HELP!!

My listings keep disappearing. They are visible to me on my shop page, but when customers go to it, it says no items are found. Etsy customer service says they don't know why and can't help me. I temporarily fixed this myself by deactivating all my listings and reactivating them. I immediately had sales and likes again. It's been crickets again so I checked I had friends check on their mobile devices and they are missing again. Is anyone else having this issue or any suggestions? Etsy customer service is no help at all.

and only the 4 featured items are showing.

on the left hand side.

it says 0 items in your shop.

but 59 on sale.

and if you click that...

it says.

There’s nothing else on sale right now—sorry you missed it!

I see 62 listings in your shop.

I saw 0 items listed in your shop looking at it from desktop. Then I went to your Sold items... then when I came back to your shop, I could see 62 items for sale. So that is very weird!

So it must not be an app-only issue like you note in your shop banner.

Thank you, they keep disappearing, and when I deactivate and reactivate they reappear.

Thank you for letting me know, I deactivated and reactivated all of them again. I'm having to do this a few times a day for them to show up

Are you using shop sections?  All I see is All with 62 listings.

I added shop sections about a week ago and that's when things seemed to have messed up.  I deleted the sections for now. I'm only able to make them visible again  (temporarily )without the sections.

I just searched for your shop both on my laptop and my samsung phone and both show 62 items for sale. Hope they stay!

I see 62 items, looked at several on the first page.  They all  pulled up with no problem.

62 listing showing.    I am on a Mac desktop using Chrome.    Then switched to Safari and saw the 62.    Incognito on Chrome still see 62

Mac and safari, see 62 listings. Just FYI I believe Girl Boss could be a IP violation.
