My funds are on hold from last 2 weeks and no disbursement is happened from last 2 weeks. I am not a new seller, I am there from years. I have tried to connect Etsy support but no response received. I have posted here in community last week but no help received, that's why I am raising a new issue and hoping that I would get help this time from you people. I need an urgent help.

Check your payment account. Has a reserve been added to your account? You do not need to be a new seller or new shop to be on reserve.

@GemsBeads786 don't keep starting new threads otherwise you will just repeatedly get the same replies/questions as none of us (sellers) here have all the details. 

Has Etsy contacted you since your last 2 posts? Have they asked you for government ID documents?

Do all the details on your ID documents exactly match the details on your Etsy account?

Have you added all your details on the 'Legal and tax information ' page?

Under the heading Legal Documents does it say 'Verified'?

They didn't contact me even once. My id is not a new id, everything is verified on it. And everything matches each other. I was getting payment through Payoneer from long. Actually first my id was put on holiday mode with sending a mail, and after 24 hours it was unhold but funds were put on hold. I have raised a help issue and updates that atleast 3 times, but didn't get even a single response.

Good morning! Exactly the same is happening to me. I understand your frustration. I'm not getting paid with payoneer but I also haven't gotten 7 deposits in the last two weeks. What worries me it's that first they told me they were having problems with the payment supplier and today I got another generic answer of the 3-5 business days!!! I've been waiting since April 17th for my payment. This same thing happened back in October 2024 and the good thing is that there are more people not getting the deposits, it's easier that hey pay attention to this issue.
