Hi, I am sending this message of despair following numerous unsuccessful exchanges/calls with Etsy. The payment deposit never works, so I can't verify my account. I tried more than 15 times. In the meantime, I've changed banks 3 times. So tiring. But I always get the same message:
"Unfortunately, the transfer made to this account to verify your bank details seems to have failed. It was recently returned by your bank. To solve this problem, ideally you should update your bank details to those of another account."
This is clearly a bug. I've contacted my bank, they have NO TRACE of that payment deposit. I've checked all my info, it's all good. I'm sure of it because my store has been open since 2021 and everything worked fine before that.
PLEASE SOMEONE FROM ETSY CAN HELP ME ???
