My delivered orders stuck at Pre Transit

My orders are showing in pre transit (17 of them) although they have been delivered and feedback received.

All my orders have been dispatched within 24 hours, and this is showing as a negative in my stats.

Can this be corrected in any way?

Please advise.

The USPS shipping status doesn't have any bearing on star seller, so long as the orders had a ship-by date, the packages were shipped on time and have tracking.  Pre-transit is just a status update for tracking.  Look at your orders and see if they all have a ship-by date, were shipped on time and correct tracking numbers were entered.

Thank you, yes UK so carrier details are different. 

All orders were shipped within 24 hours and have been delivered.

Updated on etsy as complete with carrier details and tracking number.

Yes all of my have been shipped within the timeframe and actually sooner and are still showing pre transit months later.

As long as my customers are happy, thats the main thing.

I am shipping from Germany and have the same issue.

Few orders are still showing "Pre transit" although they have been delivered. Others are fine and tracking works very well.

Yes quite a few of mine are, good to know that i'm not alone... thought I was doing something wrong.
