Hello friends, first of all, I have written to etsy live support a lot about the problem of my sales decreasing lately. Now I can't get an answer from live support. I have a problem. My customers write to me. They say that the products are not visible in your store. I think they are experiencing this problem in the application. A former customer of mine enters my store to buy an item and says that there is only 1 item for sale. I am trying to connect to etsy live support but it cannot connect. Can someone please help me?
I see 1367 items in your shop so unknown why someone cannot see them. Are they in another country? If so, jewelry cannot be sold to some countries so Etsy could restrict it being seen there.
Same here I see 1367 items in the OP's shop.
I searched for necklace and got 288 results so they are indexed.

My own customer. The last time he shopped was 1 month ago. Now he is going to buy a gift for his sister and the application says that there is only 1 product visible. Another customer of mine said the same. I tried it too. I can see it. So why can't they see it? 2 of my customers wrote 1 day apart
I just asked this same question! When I look at my shop as a customer, it shows one item for sale!
And same as others said, your items are visible. Now if someone would check MY shop, that would be awesome!
I see 87 items for sale.
What browser are you using?
I wonder if this issue is somehow related to some sellers being blocked from their shop using certain browsers???

ETA: I saw your other post and said you were having this issue with a phone and iPad but "NOT" on a desktop.

It's likely a browser issue since others using Safari have posted the same. The answer is to clear cache and cookies and restart the browser.
I just went into your shop - all items show on desktop. From the app it's a different story. Your shop comes up in search, but upon entering your shop it shows just 8 items. But then if you search 'earrings' for example, you get a ton of results. At the same time, in the shop search bar it says 'search all 1367 items'. Could it be that the featured products are causing a glitch and only they show up when you enter your shop from the app?
Yes, exactly. My customers are having problems because of this. Another problem is that when I search for any of my products in the normal search field of Etsy, not as a title but as "pearl silver ring", my products are not in the first 20 pages, while they were previously visible on the first pages. This exact problem is happening. The store appears to be visible, but I have doubts about what is being displayed. In other words, if I appear in the search for "red candle", then woe to me. Something is wrong. My competitors are visible, but my products are not.
I also had problems connect with Etsy chat yesterday. It took 3 hours for them to respond to my initial contact. Maybe they are having issues with that.
For a long time (maybe over a year) I have noticed that sometimes I look at the front of my shop as if I'm a customer and there is just one page of items showing until I refresh the page - sometimes it takes a few refreshes for all the pages to show up.
