My account was suspended, help

Hi, Can someone help me from support? My shop is currently suspended due to some technical issues.
I already message Etsy client support, but until now I didn't receive any feedback from them addressing the issue I encountered.

You're not contacting Support here, just other sellers.

Are you sure it's a technical issue and not because you used a Demon Slayer graphic on the shirt?

I already did contact them by email and support. 
Also regarding to issue, it's not a copyright infringement issue more like a bank verification. Really appreciate the reply.

It can take up to 10 days for Etsy to reply. If your shop was closed for an infringement issue, they probably won't discuss it with you at all. Your shop is gone permanently and they'll never let you open another one. Sellers here can't help you. Only Etsy can reinstate your shop (if they feel like it). If they do reply with a form letter, use the I Still Need Help link at the bottom of their original response until you get a reply from a real human.

Usually, when this happens, it is a result of Etsy actually "closing down" the Shop, not just "suspending" or "vacationing" it.

The Help  Centre Page details what steps to take to "File an appeal"
