My account was Hacked and they added Authenticator

I was able to sign in somehow but it will not allow me to remove the authenticator. I don't know how to contact support, it just leads me to useless articles. 

I can't lock my account by adding a sms verification, so whoever hacked me can just log in whenever they want.
